The monitoring of pests in food activities according to the UNI 11381: 2010 standard

The UNI 11381: 2010 standard defines the method for designing and implementing pest monitoring systems in the environments of food activities in order to prepare the documentation for its subsequent evaluation and consequently to be able to undertake appropriate actions and strategies to combat pests at any stage of the food supply chain, including import, starting from the primary production of a food, up to conservation, transport, sale or distribution to the final consumer.
